UTV: Explore Pittsburg and the surrounding areas on one of our 2021 Can -Am Mavericks. On a self-guided tour that will link you to “The Ride the Wilds ATV Trail System” which is the Northeast’s largest interconnected ATV trail system across the upper northern region of the state. With access to more than 1,000 miles of interconnected trails.The trails are on a combination of private, state & corporately owned land, a wonderful relationship of shared stewardship that encourages respect and responsible riding. All Rentals come with Helmets, Goggles and Updated Trail maps are provided. You will need to have a valid driver’s license upon reserving.
Deposit Policy: A $100 deposit per day per machine is required at the time of the reservation.
Snowmobile: Lopstick offers rentals of late model Ski-Doo four strokes machines. We currently offer Renegades and 2 up Grand Tourings. Pittsburg New Hampshire is considered the snowmobiling capital of the North East once the snow begins to pile up. There are more than 200 miles of groomed trails through the woods and around the many lakes and ponds in our town. In addition, our trail system links with those in Quebec, Vermont, and Maine to provide almost limitless destinations to visit on your snowmobile. Your snowmobile rental comes with an updated Ridge Runners trail map that stays in the snowmobile for you to use. We provide modular snowmobile helmets with every rental. You will need to have a valid driver’s license upon reserving.
Our trails are maintained by the Pittsburg Ridge Runners, New Hampshire’s largest snowmobiling club. Visitors and daytrippers are always welcomed by this group, and Lopstick can provide riders with the latest trail conditions and itinerary recommendations. Our trail system is usually rideable through early April.

Motor Boats: The motorboats are 14 foot boats and they are located on Back Lake and First Connecticut Lake only. We offer half day and full day motorboat rentals. A half day AM rental will begin at 8:00 am and end at noon, and PM rentals begin at 1:00 pm until 5:00 PM. You will need to have a valid driver’s license but don’t need a boating license.Paperwork will need to be filled out prior to renting the boat. We require you to use life vests and seat cushions for each person in the boat.

RowBoats: The Row Boats are available on 4 remote bodies of water Boundary, East Inlet, Big Brook Bog and Coon Brook. We offer half day and full day rentals. A half day AM rental will begin at 8:00 am and end at noon, and PM rentals begin at 1:00 pm until 5:00 PM. Paperwork will need to be filled out prior to renting the boat. We require you to use life vests and seat cushions for each person in the boat.
Paddle Board, Canoe & Kayaks: These rentals are available on all bodies of water in Pittsburg. We offer half day and full day rentals. The Connecticut Lakes are home to lake trout, cusk, and brown trout. From our cabins you can conveniently access First Connecticut Lake. Bait is available at Treats and Treasures which is about a quarter mile to our north on Rte 3.
Lake Francis, First Connecticut Lake, Second Connecticut Lake and Third Connecticut Lake are open for ice fishing. Large lake trout are often caught through the ice. Brown trout are often caught through the ice at Lake Francis. First, Second and Third Lake offer cusk and lake trout.
